Hi, I’m Katie — strategic learning architect, rescue dog mom, and believer in leadership that begins with care.

With a Master’s in Management and Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology underway, I bring both academic depth and practical insight to every coaching engagement. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and fueled by a passion for helping others lead with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Over the past decade, I’ve led award-winning learning initiatives across industries—from transforming flagship leadership programs to designing multi-tiered development pathways for professionals at every level. I’ve mentored instructional designers, built strategic curricula, and integrated AI into learning ecosystems to elevate performance and connection. I am able to provide custom learning solutions including eLearning development, vILT, ILT, or any combination of blended learning. My specialties include transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and care-centered coaching.

Beyond the office, I’m a true-crime enthusiast, a devoted crocheter, and a proud dog mom to four rescue pups who remind me daily what unconditional care looks like. I believe leadership isn’t just about metrics, it’s about meaning.
